I've had my fill of Norinco stuff, but you cheap bastards might appreciate this deal lol

Description does not inspire much confidence lol
"Therefore the rifle can be used as a room ornament or a precious souvenir gifted to your relatives and friends."

WRT to the pic you posted Hitzy... Now, I've had one of these & it worked fine! Should have kept it.

I'm tempted by the price, but I've had a lot of Norinco junk over the years.
By most accounts, the action guts are rough as hell, but can be smoothed out.
As complex as they look, they really are a simple design.
Most people break the buttstock first time they take the barrel off. Hold the receiver not the butt when disassembly is needed.

Looks like it would be handy and fun if it works. Nice little carry gun, and mounts are cheap if someone wants to throw a little scope on it.
Could probably get a replacement spring and tune it for subsonic ammo.

Would anyone happen to know where to get spare parts for these?
Received mine as a gift from the girlfriend yesterday, went to make sure the take down function worked and the tab that holds it tightly together flew off with the springs.
Contacted North Sylva but nothing available.

Man that's awfully tempting. If I wasn't saving for a "new" truck I'd be all over this, been wanting one since the CamAm 12 days is Christmas (Gun Santa as my wife called it) sale a few years back...

The JW 20 is probably one of the most bang for the buck gun I have ever owned. Does it have some issues yes buy 2. I have heard most parts are compatable to the browning. It cycles low recoil Ammo. Accuracy is not good but hits hits the target. I would not use it for head shots on a Grouse. But other small game could maybe work. I have put well over 1000 rounds on one of mine. I have 2 of them and both work great. The stock is cheap and can crack. One of mine came that way and I was sent a spare stock at the time.

The biggest issue I have had is it does not like 10 rounds in mag tube. Too much spring pressure and the rounds either fly out or jam. 8 rounds is much better.

Only seen one in action and it was a jam-o-matic

There is a small free floating piece that sits above the bolt, which, when present, prevents double feeding of rounds.
Very easy to lose, and I have seen it go AWOL on both Browning and copies.

Makes for a very miserable experience.

I have bought a Browning extractor and it dropped right in to a Norc copy.

I can probably dig a takedown button out and take a picture of it if that would help at all towards making one. Not a huge part to make with hacksaw and file.

Weaver 60A bases are about $20 for these...if you want to scope her.
Just saw Tenda has the new Henry single shot centerfires for $519. Gotta quit looking at their website.

Life is too short to hunt with junk.
I own a pile of 22,s and I picked one up for $50 off the EE and it was rusty as hell. I cleaned it up and it ate every ammo I had flawlessly and even cycled the CCI Quiets if I only load 6 it worked perfect.
I liked it so much that I ordered one from Tenda.

This design is amazing and can’t wait for rabbit season next year to take em out with the Quiets.
You really can’t lose at this price
