North America Arms Toronto ON, Grizzly # 20 2lr anyone have one ?

rare as hens teeth, very few know anything about them, they were made specifically for export to Canada. Have a close look at it, should be a scaled down sako action in a non-sako looking stock. Some say they were made by sako for the Canadian market and others say they were clones of the sako made by someone else. The truth has yet to be confirmed.

I should add that they were also made in centerfire rifles and North America Arms has absolutely nothing to do with North American Arms, those would be like ford-chevy separate companies

Canadian tire also used to sell NAACO, as did Eatons and Sears, some merely look like a O.F. Mossberg with different branding, post pictures so we can see what your holding

early 50's Mossberg imported and sold under the NNACO name, department store rifle, sold new for $18.95
Was listed in a Canadian tire catalogue next to a single shot break action shotgun listed for a little bit more..........

NAACO 20's were built in Toronto. Have seen more than one requiring a magazine...

Like Archer, have had a 10 (single shot model) pass through here. Accurate, well finished rifles. Comparable to the Lakefield, but much more difficult to find bits n' pieces for. When I last checked Numrich, they had some parts for magazines, but no bodies or complete magazines.

Don't seem to garner the same attention as the Lakefields, or Cooeys but are good little rifles.
