North American FITASC GP

The shoot has moved south,not enough shooters to have it in Alberta,link is on shotgunworld sc forum.Know of some that were going just to see Digweed shoot,have flights ,hotels etc booked,they are going to be more than pissed off
 
I just got this email regarding the tournament:

GRAND PRIX SCHEDULED TO BE HELD AT SILVER WILLOW SHOOTING
GROUNDS IN CARSTAIRS ALBERTA CANADA JULY 5
TH,6TH,7TH,AND 8TH 2012
HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE MINNESOTA HORSE
& HUNT CLUB TO BE HELD JUNE 15-17, 2012. WE DEEPLY REGRET ANY AND
ALL INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS SITUATION HAS CAUSED.

I think that the moderators did not like my pissed off comments that reflected myself and others that have prepaid for many things. Basically after receiving a very accurate report about what caused the cancelation: It is not really the org's fault but more of the range and the inability to have someone else host it in time! The numbers were there but.......... I will have a lot of explaining to do next week in Hungary. I think that we can host a National in the East, with no regard to numbers or costs. Unfortunately, we will NOT have International shooters!!!
