Good day all, I want to have your opinions on the north fork bullets, if you have used them of course cause if you never used them you don’t have an opinion on them 😂 !
I’m interested in both the bonded solid base bullets and the mono bullets, on paper they look great especially the bonded solid base one!
Educate me on them, what you like don’t like, performances on games etc!
Cheers

My use is limited to the cup point solid on a Namibian Cape buffalo - 400 gr. .410” shot from a .450-400 3” Nitro express. It was an insurance shot from the rear on a mortally wounded bull at about 90M. Bullet hit the ham with an audible “whomp” and passed forward to lodge in the rib cage after traversing aproxy. 1.5 meters of meat, guts, rumen, and lungs. Perfect performance, large wound channel, deep penetration, 100% weight retention. It’s the only NF bullet I’ve fired at game. I’d certainly use a NF CPS again on big, tough game.
