Once a year I hunt grouse in Northern Ontario with my father in law and brother in law.
Yet again it was a success. We had a beautiful day. Great company, and we ran into some moose hunters and shot the #### for over an hour with those boys.
Any day in the woods is a great day but when it's also a successful hunt it's that much more memorable.
I use my beretta Al 391... It's a bird slayer, I Love it. My father in law uses an old Ithaca 12ga.
I often hear debates about what's best but as long As you have a capable gun (even an old single shot beater) you're golden. The goal is to ruin as little meat as you can.
