I was able to find a project m1912 sporter Krag but in cleaning it up I found that the pitting in the barrel is too deep for me to comfortably shoot it. So I'm looking for a Krag barrel in 6.5x55 or a barrel blank. Any suggestion on where to find a barrel? Or what caliber I might want to keep an eye open for that can fit the Krag action but be easier to find?
