Saw an add for an SKS on ####### yesterday. I spotted it right away as I had sold that gun at the Chilliwack show several years ago. I sold it and the case I made (pretty good to if I may say so) for about $600. Of course they were going for $150 at Lever at the time.
Anyway, he calls it a restricted with an 8 round cap mag. That of course would be a bit more than restricted. He wants $3,500 for the package. Jeeze. I made a nice case but did I under price it back then?

i cant find the ad, did he pulled it cos its illegal to have 8 rds mag?

do you still have a pic of the case? gold lining , rudy and emerald encrusted? lol.
 
Well..he can do whatever he wants at the price he want. Market will decide if it’s worth it. These days price are just crazy. It’s even more crazy that some guys pay those asking price.
If you think his add is illegal..report it to #######.
 
I laughed heartily at that ad when I saw it…

Especially the, “unexpected crypto coin losses forcing the sale” LOL :)

I’d be amazed if it sold for the asking price. If it did…. Well…
 
Yep, " ... if it did ..." - probably be another 'for sale' soon at a reasonable price. Where was this advert posted ? Townpost ?
 
Yeh, I see a lot of 'un-informed' adverts there. And I only look at locations within a short drive - gotta be FTF for these folks.
