Just a quick note to anyone who bought P-mags from me a few weeks back.
I had a nutter contact me and say his mag would not hold 5 rounds.
He bought 10 mags only 1 had a problem.
He sent it back and upon inspection I noticed that they were pinned with extremely long rivets and the rivets deformed enough during the compression that it was stopping the follower from coming down far enough.
It is a very easy fix!!
Remove the base plate, carefully drill out the rivet with a 1/8" drill bit by placing the drill bit in the hole in the centre of the rivet, shake out the little piece of rivet that is inside the mag.
Install a 1/8" x 3/8" long rivet, put the baseplate back on.....DONE
I have not had any problems with my own mags but intend to do them all as a precaution, don,t need them acting up during a 3 gun.
When I spoke with the guy about pinning them I told him to use long rivets, he used extremely long rivets.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but the whole process should take about 60 seconds to complete.

I'll check 'em out tonight. Best part is, I'll have to use my new workbench...
