How long does it normally take for the website to say they recieved your application? Mine was mailed on the 21st of june so its been 18 days. i asked this question elsewhere and i was told it was normal, but my new question is, how long should it normally take?

If you mailed it by regular mail it may take 5-10 days to get to them - you never know with the regular mail.
I mailed it via canada post express post and had it received 3 days later... I then waited 2 weeks approximately for the notification that it was "in process" and a few weeks later the references done and approximately 5 weeks from time I sent it in I had my PAL/RPAL

I did the same thing as cjs, Express Post to get it there on June 24, just checked thier site before logging in here and the message was there today that they received it on the 29th and it is processing.
If all goes well, I hope to have my Rpal in hand in early August.
