Novak Lite pipe for S&W M&P 9mm Pro

Hey guys, I have a smith and wesson M&P 9mm Pro. It has the front Novak sights from S&W, somewhere either at the range or transporting it the green optic seems to have disappear from the sight ? I was trying to figure out where to get a replacement online and I realized I'm not even 100% sure on what it's called. I saw it refereed to as a "Lite Pipe" not sure if that's the actual name.

Anyone have any advice if I can just replace that green pipe that slides into that novak sight ?
 
Same thing happened to my Pro. I got some "0.060 FIBER OPTIC REPLACEMENT ROD" from Brownells (green and red). Pretty simple to install. Cut to length, install, then melt the ends with a heat source.

Green works better for me.
