Noveske Builds in the Works. Check 'Em Out!

Hey everyone.

My brother and I have had a little AR project in the works for a while now and its beginning to come together. Thought we'd share a few quick pics for who ever cares. Here is what we have so far:




Both of them are 16" Noveske Recon barrels with MUR1 uppers and Noveske BCG. One has a Samson Evolution 12" rail and the other a 15" rail. I was a little bit iffy about the 15" rail but from what I feel so far (not being complete and all) I think I will really like it. (Samson rail is nice btw, thanks fabsports) Lowers are on the way for both.

Optics/mounting/BUIS setup is on the way for the 15" railed upper as well. I just want to get it complete and shoot it already. May 7th CQB2 I hope to make it and see some of you fine folks there.

Couple questions:

1) Will I encounter problems with the X300 being so close to the end of the barrel?
2) Will the gun function properly with an H2 buffer? (I bought a Colt H2 buffer from brownells, impulse buy)

I'll update the thread with pics when they are complete, which should be next week some time, well they better be damnit, i want to shoot.

1) Shouldn't be a problem, many people have a similar setup on 10.5" guns
2) Noveske's complete rifles come with H buffers, but it will probably be fine

Honestly, right now I'm just putting an A2 FH on it and going from there.
