Guys any updates when your going to receive your Noveske rifle from Questar cause I want to also place an order just curious how long it takes to get one. Thanks.

Scott is in the US right now at an ATF/State Dept conference... But I believe Noveske was supposed to ship most of our backorders beginning of August and we are expecting that shipment to arrive in Canada around middle to end of August... That's my understanding but never sure until they're physically here.

Noveske NSR rail pieces wanted :D

Questar guys...

PLEASE order in some of the Noveske NSR rail bits. :)

There are the QD inserts, and as well panels and handstops to! I have a NSR rail as do more everyday round here and the NSR bits would be really nice to get! That or put up some links to pre order them or whatever would be nice. Also if possible their T-Shirts, hats and patches are cool to and you know for certain all that stuff sells so could just load up! :D

mrsmitty.......thats great news....what kind on Noveske rifle did you order? Is the Noveske DI AR has less recoil compare to a piston AR?

Yes the DI is less. I had a LWRC upper before and not only was it heavier but the recoil impulse is higher. But man that LWRC was a well finished upper. Up there with Noveske, Knights and HK.

I ordered a 7.5" with VIS. Be the shortest AR I have ever owned.

Congrats again! I also like the 7.5" with VIS. But Im looking at the 10.5" CQB VIS as for my first AR, what do you think and what kind of ammo do you use for your Noveske? Thanks.

Is the American Eagle/Federal 223 55gr a good ammo for a 10.5 Noveske?

It will absolutely work and at short ranges it is perfectly fine. It is not the most accurate option, but for plinking or cqb it would be fine.

With the 10.5 you are not likely going to be stretching its legs much anyway
