Now Hiring: Custom/Bulk Powder Coater

Black Box Customs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom/Bulk Powder Coater to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, are highly organized, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Calgary, AB
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Annually (Based on experience)
Experience: 0-2 years of coating experience
Requirements: Valid PAL & RPAL, Police Background Check

Key Responsibilities:

Powder Coating Application – Prepare and apply coatings to both bulk and custom projects, ensuring precision and adherence to customer specifications.
Quality Control & Documentation – Track work orders, perform quality control checks, and maintain detailed records throughout the process.
Equipment Maintenance – Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and filter replacements for spray equipment and air compressors.
Shop Upkeep – Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, including general facility maintenance.
Independent Workflow Management – Plan and prioritize projects effectively while working with minimal supervision.
