Now I am puzzled, steel cases?

On one online auction, I saw a lot with steel cases 7.62x25 , berdan primed, but what really puzzles me, who would bid $5 for that?

make a set of leather punches, gasket punches, you need about 3 or 4.
Light E has the correct answer , maybe some green horn don't know about steel cases.

As someone who shoots cast bullets and doesn’t mind cleaning with water, primed cases that I don’t need to retrieve from orbit for 3c each is a good buy any day.

Except those are fired cases. I have sold primed steel cases in the past but anything I rip apart is being used 100% these days. I loaded thousands of x25 cases I stole the powder and bullet from recently. Waste not, want not.
