I can confirm that they are.

The only thing I don't like about the Honcho is that the pump doesn't lock forward on a closed chamber, but rather is held closed by the spring tension.

I bought a Canuck folding stock, and it fit fine but had too long a length of pull. Then I bought the Canuck pistol grip stock with collapsing/ adjustable AR style stock. Both fit perfectly.

Hey everyone,

A quick question from a beginner. Is the Charles Daly 10 round magazine legal in Canada for the Honcho model? And what about the 20 round magazine?

My confusion comes with the mention that ''if a magazine was manufactured to fit both non semi automatic and semi automatic guns, it is prohibited''. So if the magazine from the Honcho was also manufactured to fit the NS4, which is a semi-automatic gun, does it means the 10 round magazine is prohibited?

I would have a hard time to believe it since many gun stores sell it. I also see many other brands having the 10 round magazine and even the 20 round drum magazine such as Canuck, federation firearms, iron horse ETC.

If it is a pump action the mag is not limited. If you put a 10 or 20 mag in a semi auto it is prohibited, semi auto shotguns are limited to 5 rounds.
