I got up this Morning about 5:30 and hit the road and travelled North/East. I toured a couple of lakes at sun-up and checked to see what birds were here. I saw a few Gadwalls and lot's of Coots. But I was really looking for geese. I haven't seen alot yet but I know there's some starting to come around. I picked up a small flock and started to follow them on the gravel roads. Once I lost sight of a flock, I'd park and wait for the next while having a smoke. When I saw another, the chase was on. When I finally came to the field where they were landing, I was back in the city limit's just outside of town! They know where their safe.
