I recently got back in the mail my fourms from the PAL and RPAL course I took. They are called Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course Report. Now what do I do with them to get my licenence.

If what to do with the test results has been forgotten.... well, honestly, the best bet is to take the course again.

Otherwise, Mr. Spock, the logical thing to do is perhaps photocopy them to send in with the RPAL application...
