NP22 Questions

Sorry if this has already been talked about, but my home internet is down and I can't use the search function on my phone.
With the NP22, does the Sig P226 .22 conversion kit work on it? Also, do Sig mags and other parts work on it? I've heard of one major difference between the two but I can't remember what it was, but I do remember you can buy the part/kit seperately and install it yourself to be almost identical.

i believe the sig mags work fine, but the .22 conversion is made for a newer generation of sig than the clone is made from. it does fit after some gunsmithing i believe to thin down a part of the frame.

At which point you would need a dedicated gun to take the frame from right? So might as well get a real sig and conversion or norc 9mm and sig .22 p226s eh?

So after handling an NP22 at my range yesterday, I decided to pick one up. Very nice "Sig" for the price. A couple small spots need to be touched up on them, and they definitely need a trigger job.

no im pretty it doesnt damage the frame in anyway, or that it makes it not able to shoot 9mm anymore.
