NP30 (Nork) Double Stack Mags

Whats up with the huge base pad on the bottem?
Is it rubber or metal of some sort?
Also has anyone tried to put para baseplates on the mags?

Reason I ask, thinking of getting a NP30 and want to put a magwell on it.

Plastic and it covers the mag that drops below the grip. Since the well is large, and the mags pointy, you need no mag well. That's for single stack pistols.

Thanks... Race gun needs a magwell, make reloading super faster.

You'll have to make your own magwell for the NP30.

The rumour about para mags working with this gun is false.

Same with the trigger unless you are capable of adapting an aftermarket shoe to the NP30 stirrup or making your own trigger from scratch.

There are better candidates for a race gun unless you are willing to make some parts yourself.

I know the mags dont work, and the trigger. Just figure I could mod a para magwell. Cant buy a Para frame for under 450$ also planning to use the top end of the nork on my SA frame, and put my open top end on the NP30.
