NR Browning BAR MK 4 DBM, Hunter 308 Win/7.62 NATO $1640 for Import

Years ago I was interested in one of those featuring a wood stock.

I wonder if they are still around?

In fact, after doing some digging, the BAR DMB in 308 is available in the following:

Black synthetic 18.5" barrel
Wood 18.5" barrel
Shot show special OVIX 22" barrel
Mossy oak finish 18.5" barrel

It is. On browning's website, it lists the following for the wood furniture model:

It used to be listed with a 18" barrel.

Now it is 18.5 ". I may order one of those if there's spare mags.

Would anyone know if the bolt release lever on those is plastic like on the Bar mk4 Hunter or does it appear more solid, aka metall ?
