NR New Derya TM-22 Flash $219.99 USD in Canada

How is this “flash” version different? I can’t find anything online. Product description is vague. I’m guessing flip up sights and plastic replacing metal?

Polymer everything pretty much.
Still may try one out lol.
I’ve got the feather light version that’s mostly polymer, I’ve also got the regular aluminum TM-22. There is no difference in reliability.

This version is different from the feather in that it’s got a nicer handguard. The feather is the original narrow C8 style.

My guess at final cost, please correct me if I'm wrong...
Rifle $186 US ~$258 CDN
Import Fee $25 US ~$35 CDN
5% GST ~$13 CDN
Shipping in Canada ~$74 CDN (based on last order, a Ruger 10/22 Carbon)
Total = $258 + $35 + $13 + $74 = $380.00 to my door...

Sounds right. Makes it worth it to pass on this and just get a TM22 Pro. Shipping kills the deal.

Anyone break down the differences between the Flash & Pro?
The Pro is a slight improvement over the standard alloy receiver TM22 in that it's got a better buttstock, shorter handguard, and a 2" shorter barrel, at 16". It's $100 cheaper than a regular 18" TM22 and handles better due to the weight savings by the shorter handguard and barrel.

The Flash is basically the all-plastic Feather, but now with a plastic Mlok forend. Still got the same plastic receiver. Reminds me of the GSG-16 of yore.
