NSCC 2006 - What's this about LARGE Beavers??

I'm missing something when I returned from Tuscany and was asked about the "Very Large Beavers" in CRPTC Connaught (ranges). :confused:

Something about Rooster33 in the Mess :beerchug: and Large Beavers....:rolleyes:

I know that Shirley's Bay is close by... Is that what the issue of Very Large Beavers is about ?

wow !! I missed a very colourful (not the hawaii shirts, either) NSCC match.

Someone please enlighten me.....

Brad: Thanks very much for helping keep up the tradition of the Hawaii shirt and Blackhawk Tac Vest. I believe we started something very new here. I'll be back in July 2006 to defend my title as "Strangest Kit on the Mound". LOL

Also, thanks for posting my picture in the "Navy Sniper" Thread. I got a great belly laugh out of that one. I actually was serious for a moment. Better show this to my wife.... yuk yuk

Interesting thing to note, the pic of me up there is from Practice week, Match #2, (Kneeling Snap) firing my first sighting shot.

You can tell by the flying brass, the fact that the bolt is cycling forward again, and the two full 5 rd mags by my left sandal....
