I got mine in November. I renewed online though. Look yourself up on mynssa.com member lookup and see if you show up. If you do, then you are a member in good standing. If not, then there was probably a SNAFU with your renewal.
Regardless, you can call the member 800 number (it's in the editors notes for SSR, or (800) 877-5338 which is the general number from the website). They will be more than happy to check, and if required have a new card sent to you.
