I shoot, and have shot, 45 ACP small pistol primers for 8+ years. I use Winchester NT and ICC NT brass. SPP are not a problem with those two makes of brass. Federal NT brass will not accept SPP. The primer is too big or primer pocket too small, whatever way you look at it. I have not tried to do anything with the Federal brass. If I find some, I just turf it out.
