Joined the forum recently, as you can tell by the date right beside, and have been lurking since then
Lots of useful and interesting information here, it's definitely a great resource.
My shooting experience so far is a few weekend sessions at the range with a friend, with a variety of handguns, and it was a blast. I was even pretty good at putting holes in the right places on the target.
I've signed up for the course at Silvercore, next weekend woo! and will probably be going through the paperwork for the license soon after. I hope to have a chance to drop by DVC beforehand, and trying some toys out, but don't know if that would be my range.. it's a little far.
But, a question for you all experienced forum goers. Since I've only been in BC for a couple of years, one or both of my references may have to be out of province. Would that cause any issues with the application process do you think?
