NZ 85 mags in CZ?

Will mags from the norinco version of the 85 work in a cz 85? More importantly, will the np-40 mags work in a cz 85?

Norinco magazines get pretty poor reviews.

Even people that love Norinco firearms, will usually say to replace the magazines right off the bat.

Just stumbled across this thread... Hadda, did you try the mag swap?

I disagree that all Norinco mags should be discarded. The ones that came with my 1911 have functioned 100% over thousands of rounds.

I have 4 Norinco mags for my NZ-85 and have not had any issues with them, over a thousand rounds through them now.

I never got to try my mags in a cz because i never bought cz unfortunately. haha

nothing wrong with norc mags, they just look cheap but usually work fine.

I have both pistols and use the mags interchangeably.

Both the cz 85 and the nz 85?! Great! Now im wondering if the np40 (40 cal) mags will work in a cz 85.
