"O" ring for scope ele/wind knobs // and scope ring size ?

Any idea where to look local, where many rubber o rings can be found, Check CT , one came close, messed it up trying to flatten it by sanding, guess a perfect fit is req'd. Their skinny little ....

The scope ring, got a Kahles scope, a bit big , think lapping the 1 inch jobs would work?

Most auto supply places have O-Ring kits.
UAP/NAPA, etc.....
