Do any OA-93 pistols exist or the uppers anyway in our fine country? What would they be worth? or how can I track one down. I have seen them set up with a folding stock and they look great
I understand that we no longer can get export permits but have any come in to Canada in the past?

Or are we talking about the Oa93 specifically?

Bingo, the OA-93 is specificly named as a prohib handgun.

Olympic Arms guns and uppers are legal, save and except the single model named.

so would I assume that it would be illegal to have a "93 upper" mounted on to a different lower? It would not be an olympic arms, but I assume that it would be classified as a varient.. but with that same note.... the new pof gas piston uppers will also be a varient of the OA 93... Are they coming into the country yet?

You can not import the OA93, I asked Mark @ Questar about this about a year ago.... the oa-93 is not your typical upper, reclocated buffer tube, blah, blah, blah.

Maybe something changed now but before Mark said he can't import it. :(

I understand that the us will not allow the export of anything like the pistol uppers any more you know the sbr thingy.. Now how about the carbine upper and having someone chop the barrel down! that should be the same thing with out as much restriction..

I also understand that the us has only just in the last couple of years changed the laws to restrict the export of the short uppers.. someone must have brought some uppers in before the changes..

maybe he just didn't want to fukc with?

Nah, Mark from questar has good relations with oly arms. He did bring in the ar's that take the glock mags so i think it's some b.s. technicallity/legality thing in regards to the oa-93.

I myself wanted this only:

but.... don't know the status of that yet. However I am sure that as a "complete unit/gun/pistol/etc" the OA-93 can not be imported.
