OA-Mags

Paid, past tense. Were you around for the last AWB? We were paying a lot more than $35 for used USGI. Prices may eventually settle back down, but then again, maybe not.

Exactly many of you guys on here have had it very good compared to older days and things may be going back to that....I see a lot of sobbing in the future for many....

My advice goes like this "buy less buy quality"...get what you really want and don't settle for second best....

What's with all this "July" talk? Do the importers even have an export permit yet? If the factory has stock on hand, once you get that magic export ticket, it should only be a month max to get stock here. Saying you're going to have stock in 5 months is fishy to me. It suggests there's been no movement on this whatsoever, except shaking the cup and asking for people to give money for pre-orders that may not materialize.

Your assuming under USA to canada export (which we have seen can be a long wait aswell with some products). I have dealt with the German's and their side of the export in the past bringing in pumps for some oil field related work, 4 months is the maximum time frame in which the German government can wait before allowing export. That being said if you catch them on the right day you can get it approved in weeks. I have had some Pumps get approved before others that have been waiting for months already so its a hit or miss with them.

My guess is that the 4 months, covers the max outline in Export and then shipping and then shipping to the end users. Atleast with the Germans you know when your getting stuff as a maximum time line. Maybe they will come sooner, but I know my order should be here July 1 and thats ok with me.

Interesting stuff. However, it's not fun to have someone else holding your money for 5 months based on a maybe!
