I have recently started my reloading my own 45 ACP rounds and I'm a total "N00b" as the kids say, so I was wondering what the best OAL is for a 200 gr. jacketed truncated bullet and what's the best powder charge. I'm using bullseye powder to load and the projectiles are from divisioncam-pro. I just want a nice load that is good for target practise, but it doesn't seem to mention anything similar in my manual.

I don't use bullseye powder but for that bullet my OAL was 1.222". My favorite load is 5.5 grains of W231 with a 200 gr bullet.

I just tried fitting some that were 1.21" into my sig and they cycle fine, I just don't want to compress the powder too much.
