I have an Accuracy International 18 MOA one piece mount for this 4-16x50PMII scope (as seen in photo).
I learned today that the 5-25x56 and 12-50x56PMII's use a different construction where the "bulb" on the bottom of the scope sticks out considerably further (than on the 3-12 and 4-16 models) and you cannot use this (18 MOA) one-piece mount with them. The distance between the base and the rings is just not enough. you can put the middle of the base flat against the flat "bulb" of scope, and the bottom rings still won't touch the tube.
Question: which ones do work? The 28 MOA, the 45 MOA, or just the "extra high" mount in 45 MOA?
I'm waiting for a response from Wolverine. Thought I would check here. Somebody must have a 5-25x56 in an AI mount.
Thanks.
