Since it's the 3rd already and no one else has, I'm starting this with a nice Royal Thai Police M1 Carbine. Not technically Mil surp, but then the RTP are kind of a cross over unit especially during the period that these carbines were in use. Incidentally it was made by Howa, in Japan on USGI equipment. A really neat late style M1 Carbine. Pics to follow.

ETA - finally got time to take some pictures

Diopter, that is the prettiest K98 I have ever seen! I missed that one from Tradex...I thought I was diligent in checking out their site, that one got under my radar!

Late Production H+R .308 M1 Garand

Sold this rifle a couple of years ago....very happy to get it back...Should never have sold it!
Has a Barnett/Douglas match .308 barrel, SA NM op rod, NM sights, and a German made T-37.
Cheers paul

Just picked up this very nice No4 Mk1 at the Waverly Gun show outside of Halifax yesterday - my first gun show! I was torn between this beauty and a Ruger Single Six, but I made the right call... I hope.

It has a 5-groove bore and Mk1 sight (just the way I like it). Bore is PERFECT. Story on this, it was owned by some codger who left it in his basement for 50 years. Fellow I bought it from refinished the wood (its all original parts). Blueing is excellent aside from the bolt knob. Matching bolt, receiver and magazine. A real beaut. Not a Longbranch (Fazakerly) but decent, esp. for a 1942 manufacture.

Cant wait to shoot it.
