Oculus scopes

I read somewhere these are made for Bass Pro by Zeiss. I just bought an Oculus 6-25x50 scope a couple of months ago.The scope I have is bright and clear and has the thinnest crosshairs I have seen. I have been so busy I haven't had time to try it out. I did do a "box" test using a bore sighter and it tracked back to the same starting point. Not sure how accurate that is but wanted to try it. They have since dropped 6-24 model from their site. I called today to inquire as to if there was any left in stock because I wanted to get another one. The sales staff was less than helpful as the sales guy I talked to today asked me what brand the Oculus was when I called there. Pretty sad when their staff knows nothing about their own branded products. I'm going to stop there tomorrow on the way home from the Markham gun show and have a look at the 4-16 they have on sale.

Ziess? The cross hairs are super thin. Some guys at BPS seem like they don't want to be there. Heading to the Markham show as well.
 
Stopped at Bass Pro on the way home. No 4-16x40 in stock and was told they wont have anymore until August. Always good when you put something on sale you have no stock of.The 6-24 scopes were sent back to the manufacturer because they ordered them with 80 moa and they arrived with 50 moa. So they wont be here until August either. Also was misinformed. They are not made by Zeiss. They are made to Bass Pro specs. Unknown maker.

According to Bass Pro, they are made in China.
