Recently picked up a bunch of once-fired brass. A few have a 1K stamped at the top and 30-06 at the bottom (of the base as usual). Could be an IK, can't really tell. Normal primer type, but they were pretty stiff to deprime, very snug (which is good I suppose). Brass seems to be heftier than anything else I have just above the rim, they balance closer to the rim, yet the overall weight is only 10 grs or so heavier than a Win brass and lighter than a Federal. Probably common, but I don't recall ever seeing this before. What is it?
