Odd markings on Mosin stock

Mosin collectors have been really good deciphering the majority of Russian marks over the years, however these 'inspectors' marks have eluded almost all of any collector.
When I got my SVT-40, I spent countless hours trying to find out what six stamps were on the receiver. Little 'b's, k's, triangles and diamonds with and without things inside them.......
Needless to say, I didn't get anywhere, so don't know what they mean.
