Odd Optic Mount, Help finding manufactuer!!!!!

Greetings all, I bought a rifle back in the fall (A Swedish made, Husqvarna Commercial Mauser) and it came with this oddball mount on it.
The rings are 1" and that was fine and dandy until I won a really nice 30mm Leopold scope over the holidays, and have been scratching my head every which way trying to find out what make this mount is so I don't have to go drilling more holes in this rifle... Thought the group here could help.

Receiver side mount. They were fairly common back in the day. I had a Weaver version on a couple of rifles, but that doesn't look like a Weaver. - dan

It would probably be faster/cheaper buy another scope than find another mount (or larger rings). The only two manufacturer that I can think of that still make side-mounts are EAW and Rusan. In the US, there is also Accumounts that make "reproduction" sniper mount for some WW2 rifles.
