Oddball Weatherby vanguard

I have recently acquired a used (but very recent manufacture) Vanguard in .300WSM. I didn't think Weatherby chambered any WSM rounds? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks

I have owned 2 Vanguards chambered in 300 WSM.
The first one I bought 6 years ago. Shot a moose with it,
then sold it. Dave.

they were supposed to run a howa/vanguard run but seems the demand is not enough and most of the brands are giving up anyway left handed action.
