ODPL Long Gun Requirements

I want to get into the multi-gun ODPL matches, but I can't seem to find any details about the long gun requirements in the rules. What are the requirements for an ODPL carbine? Can a pistol carbine like the Beretta CX4 be used? Is there still a shot power factor? How about the shotguns, what's the barrel length and shot size requirements?

HAHA's match next weekend is pistol cal. Carbine friendly.
Guelph's match in sept only requires rifles to be center fire with no slings attached.
Pistol cal carbines are gtg, but may put you at some disadvantage depending on the stage.
Shotguns... Generally if it shoots lead bird shot and slugs it's gtg.

Remember.. ODPL is primarily a handgun game. Two, three and sometimes four gun matches are put on once in a while just as a bonus.
