Off center Crown! HELP!

If it shoots to your satisfaction, why bother?
Up to you if you want to have it redone. If it is bothering you, you might feel better if you have it corrected.

It seems to me it's just a cosmetic issue. just check the inside diameter at the crown to make sure there's no major damange or burrs, as its the last point where the bullet makes contact. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

If its new from a supplier why not return it .why pay good money for something that is not right.thats what warranty on a new gun is for.sounds like something that should have been caught by QC at marlin.at least contact the supplier and marlin and ask some questions.

When I shoot it I'm happy, because it's almost as accurate as a bolt 22, provided that I take the time to control the trigger and breathing. Which is really hard to do on a semi-auto because you have the constant urge to go blasting.

Anyway, it just bugs me a little everytime I look at the crown closely, at the same time though, I'm afraid that after messing with the crown I won't have the existing accuracy that I had to begin with... That's my dilemma.

This according to WSS: All returns and exchanges of firearms must have Wholesale Sports prior approval. If discharged, the firearm remains the property of the customer and any issues must be resolved by the manufacturer or a factory-approved warranty depot.

So where's Marlin depot and who do I contact? Any ideas?
