Off Set Scope Mount on 94

When you attach one of these mounts, how much torque do you apply to screws? Obviously, you wouldn't put a ratchet to them, but I assume you would have to put a fair amount of pressure otherwise the recoil would work them loose...or do you just snug them up and put locktite?

Just snug them up good with loctite on 'em.....

But make sure you use the blue locktite. The red is wicked to take apart and the green isn't strong enough.
