Whats a good OFFSET light mount for a 1 inch flashlight?

I have a 6P LED Defender flashlight I want to put on my USC 45 with a vertical fore-grip.

I know of some ones like the LaRue and B&T, but what are some good ones that are available up here without too much problem? I am willing to pay for good quality kit, but I don't need QR or anything like that.

Saw that Wolverine Supplies has this dude on their price list:

The Viking Tactics light mount is simple and economical. My experience is good and others in the industry(according to online reviews) appear to be quite pleased with them.

TDC

TDC, I have seen this one a bit too. Any idea if they can ship up here, or if a Canadian dealer sells em?

Looks like a pretty good solid unit.

Daniel Defence PAK. Simple, stupid strong and offsets enough that your fingers don't get caught up under your light when working with a VFG and light on a 7'' rail. And simple enough to remove/tighten up with a loonie or Gerber, etc. Wolverine should be able to hook you up.

they have the PAK listed on their site for about 80 bucks I think.

If its worth it, I will get it. I dont mind spending money on good stuff.

I have used a half dozen light mounts, and always end up back with the DD PAK. You wont regret it.

Interesting, the PAK sounds like a nice mount.

I like that it adds a bit of width as well, since the USC handguard + rails is a little smaller in diameter than an AR15, I dont want it to be too cramped for my fingers. (I do some left hand shooting for practice as well sometimes)

:agree:
DD stuff Rocks! Steady enough to keep even my green laser bang on @ 25 meter's even with my 203 going BOOM!
