Offset low 30mm ring?

Anyone know of a nice offset 30mm scope ring?
My google-fu is not very strong, the only thing I can come up with are these from Ebay...

Talley one pc medium is likely lower than your rail/ring combo and has a bit of offset...

Planing on using them on a BRNO #4, it's got a DIP 25MOA rail installed. When shooting off a bench, it's OK. But in the prone... a little more forward would feel better
