For those of you who still use an Ohaus / RCBS 10 - 10 scale, I'd like to ask a favour.
During our move a couple years ago, the extra weight for my scale [the one that you add to the balance beam to weigh something between 500 & 1,000 grains] got misplaced. Since Ohaus no longer offers the scale or sells parts for it [RCBS never made it, they simply marketed a green-coloured version of it, as did Lyman with their brown M5 scale], I'm in a fix.
While I intend to use a shaved-down 1 1/4 oz. fishing sinker instead, I first need to know the exact weight of the counter-weight with its hanging hook.
Hoping someone can help.
TIA
Jim
