Ohhh Myyyy

Owned one and sold it. I really like the 457 action and I always prefer iron sighted rifles. I have been enjoying a 452 lux for the past few years and thought the jag would be a nice upgrade. I think they have weighted the stock to counter balance the barrel on them. It felt very different from the 457 Canadian stock I also have. The front sight element is fibre optic which makes getting a crisp sight picture with a defined edge very difficult. They're certainly a quality rifle just not as much of a step up as an iron sighted shooter from the 452 lux for me. Shooting subs was very quiet and cb shorts were a whisper.

I have a 600 Lux with the same weird front sight and was looking at it thinking about how hard it would be to put on a proper globe sight instead. Beyond my skills as far as I can see though.

Ya.
Super cool
I would have bought one already if it had the same stock as the “premium”.
Im a sucker for a schnabel forend.

Another sweet option wud be a 24” with a full length mannlicher.

Not a huge fan of the fibre optics on my 16” scout either. Something a bit more classic would be preferred.
