OK Gurus...help me find my perfect glass!

[Wrong Way]

So I need a scope.....and not to be picky, but I have a "perfect" scope in mind.....maybe someone will have an idea?

Small: Max of 11" long, 1" tube prefered (but would take a 30mm)

Magnification: After learning my brand new prismatic ain't gonna fit, I've given up on a 1X....I'd prefer a 1-5, but anywhere from a 1-5 to 2-6 would work.

Objective: 32mm-36mm

Reticle: Prefer illuminated, heavy duplex or german at the least

Quality: No tascos, etc...looking for VXII or better quality glass

Price: Don't care.

Any thoughts?

Go with a Leupy 1.75-6x32 vxIII, should fill all your criteria...

Do they make that 1-75-6 with an illuminated reticle? I knew they did on the 1.5-5, but not sure on the other.

NF makes a 1 to 4 x24 30mm tube with illuminated reticle, but not the exact reticle you want.
I have set a few up on DG and close quarter combat rifles with good success.
Just a thought?

I looked at them....but I had a 1-4X24 DMS mounted up. Great scope, but too long and too heavy for this rifle. Maybe nightforce could make me:

10" long, true 1X to 4.5 X 36, dual illumination circle-dot with a 1" tube in matte black with integrated aluminum flip-ups

Got a conquest on a Tikka T3 .270WSM, what a beauty. I would pick it over a Leupold or something around the same price point any single day.

Ummm...all that needs to be said? How about a model that meets my criteria, or maybe a link?

BTW, the conquest is a strictly *OK* scope....I've had a couple, but strongly prefer the Diavari...now THAT'S a Zeiss
