OK its Christmas...so I wanna buy a new rifle..need some advice first.

Apologies if this has been asked before..I did do a search though.

Am interested in the CZ858 from wolverine supplies.

Questions:

1. Is the CZ858 alot superior to the VZ85? I have owned CZ pistols in the past as was happy with them.
2. I realize the CZ is non restricted which to me is good, but how do they compare shooting wise? Any issues with chrome barrels? I find the calibre really weak so I dont care much about adding a break.
3. Can you easily mount an Aimpoint red dot on these rifles?
4. The stock makes me want to puke...is it easy to remove for refinishing? Cant tell by the pictures. Was thinking about doing it all flat black, with powder coating some magazines flat olive drab...
4.5 Are soviet grenade launchers available? Will they fit? I dont need any shells, as I think my range warden might get bent if I put some HE through the backstop, but thought I might build a fake AK thing, So was wonderinng about availabilty and fitment. I heard you can easily get M203s...so thought maybe the same for SOviet?:D
5. Last but not least...

Is it likely if the gun grabbers go after our goods that they might miss the non restricted version or will it just get lumped in with the shorter VZs and CZs?

Lots of good questions. I'd stick with the basics. Get one, try it.

are they really that pricey? whats the average dollars for one? I would imagine the Soviet equivalent which might be easy to find in eastern europe would be pretty cheap right?
