I now have that little temp card thingy... What would be the best way to continue the training/improve and get myself prepared for my first qualifier? I think should go hang out around the matches and watch how other people do it I guess? My teacher said that yeah I can practice a lot of the moves at home dry-fire but my place is not that great for running around. He also said I can bring my temp card and apply for additional membership and go to train in some side ranges... How do you guys train or practice now? I need to buy some of my own targets and etc in that case....

Go to Youtube and find a crap load of videos to help you with dry fire drills, tips, etc. A great dry fire drill is just to practice the draw, target acquisition and first trigger pull - with grip and aim perfect. If you can do this in less than 1.2 seconds you are well on your way. Standing reloads to the are also a great drill. A timer of some sort is essential for training. You can try downloading one of the IPSC shot timers on your phone.

If you are a member of a club, get some targets and set up your own stages and live-fire drills. Keep pushing your time as long as you don't drop too many points.

Dry fire, dry fire, dry fire.
Practice your draw. Practice your reload. Practice your unload show clear. (Saw a dude #### this up). Practice your hammer down and holster.
Dry fire dry fire dry fire.

I'm in the same boat as the OP. Just got my provisional card last Sunday. One of the ranges I go to frequently won't allow me to use a holster with a provisional BB card so I practice table pickup, double-action first shot from a high-ready position or target transitioning with two targets, Bill-drill from a table pickup or high-ready trying to find my cadence speed where I'm as quick as possible without sacrificing accuracy.

I use the Surefire ShotTimer app to time myself. I've got three IPSC targets stuck on a wall and practice the El Presidente drill. The app can pick up dry fire if you're in a quiet room and adjust the sensitivity to around 96-98. I do lots of holster draw, dry fire and mag changes. I don't have a lot of room either so I do side-step/mag change/engage target drills just to put some kind of motion into it.

I'll also go through the entire sequence from Load And Make Ready to Hammer Down and Holster.

Just waiting to sign up for a L1 or L2 match to complete my provisional shoot.

People often forget that IPSC, first and foremost, is a shooting sport. It doesn't matter how fast you can run from point A to point B if you can't hit your targets when you get there. You will gain far more from target shooting for practice than you will from practicing draws at the range. There is a limit to how fast you can draw your gun, and even if you can practice to turn a horrid 5 second draw to a smoking 1 second, you are far more likely to drop your stage times by 4 seconds if you can shoot, acquire your second shot quickly and accurately and then transition to another target.

do lots of dry fire on scaled targets, get a par timer app for your phone and do dry fire reloads, draw fire 2 etc.

But yeah get out there start shooting some matches :) only way i've gotten better lately is by shooting matches lol.
