Ok, so I've desided at some point in the near future to get an AR-15 platform rifle. My first thought was...cheap as I can get and then "bubba" it up over time. Norinco CQ/M4 was my first choice and I heard good things about it.
But....I'm really liking the stuff I'm seeing on the NEA site. A bit more money, but it already has stuff(like the hand guard and rails) that I would want to change on the norc....so by the time you add all that up they arn't THAT far off in price.
So tell me why I should by the NEA(or why I shouldn't). Would the quality between the two make that much of a difference?
