Congrats Speckfire. You couldn;t have been looking that long, I suld a 56 Tula laminate SKS i nthe EE a few months back and you didn't seem too interested then.... lol.

Thanks Claven ..I really did look for long. I did see yours but I did not like the fact it was counterbored, if that is the one you're mentioning. This one that I picked is a late production 1956. The bore is mirror and does not appear to be a refurb.

Thanks - I got the M28 on the EE. I think it lasted a whole 5 minutes on the board before I pm'd the seller that it was sold... ;)

The guilty party has even posted in this thread... lol. Been looking to fill that hole for some time.

Now if only 9mmS will sell me his Finn M30 and M28/30 I can stop collecting Mosins ;)

And yea, I would like a Russian SKS at some point, just not on the radar right now.
 
Speckfire almost made my russian sks cease last time we had it out because he was salivating all over it, Im glad I happened to see that non refurb for sale when I did!

Clave, the 28/30 is mine mine mine!!!!! I got a scortchin deal on that puppy so whenever I get ripped on something I just think of that 28/30 and I can calm myself :)

Nice catch on that m27 and m28 though...you are going from an electrolux to a dyson! Better stand a few meters away from claven for fear of being hit by one of the mosins he's hoovering in :runaway: :p
