Check out BT Sniper on the cast boolits forum. I have a set of his dies and they are first rate as is his customer service. Be warned, regardless of who you choose for your swaging dies there will be a long wait. Also rifle die sets are usually a fair bit more money than pistol bullet swaging dies, as there are more dies involved. Then finding a source for suitable jackets becomes an issue. Personally, for a 303 or 7.62x54R I would just use cast boolits as they will perform at jacketed velocities or very near if you use the right alloy, lube and fit. This is assuming you go with a 220gr or so cast. 2200fps is about all you get with jacketed bullets anyway and this is certainly quite doable with cast gas checked bullets.
